Residential rental prices in Spain have stabilized in April 2021 (down -0.1%), after an yoy decrease of -5.5% since April 2020.
According to idealista, the leading real estate portal in Southern Europe, residential rental prices in Spain have stabilized in April 2021, decreasing -0.1%, which represents a -5.5% decrease in the 12-month period ending April 2021 to €10.8 per sqm per month.
At the city level, San Sebastian, Barcelona and Madrid remain the most expensive cities to live in with €14.7, €14.5 and €14.5 per sqm respectively, having in the case of Barcelona and Madrid suffered significant corrections of -16.5% and -11.7% over the last 12 months respectively.
