Alejandro is Host & Commercial Manager at Trees Coliving, with more than 25 years of experience in commercial and management roles. He is responsible for the company’s medium- and long-term commercial strategy, defining growth objectives and ensuring their alignment with the market. He also manages lead intake, closes contracts, oversees KPI monitoring to improve visibility and decision-making, drives improvement projects, and maintains close relationships with clients throughout the duration of their contracts.

Before joining Trees Coliving, he was Asset Manager at Flipco, responsible for managing Flex Living assets in Madrid and mid-stay and tourism assets in Málaga. He also worked as a real estate sales consultant at ARGIS Living and gained experience in the insurance sector at ASISA and Aegon, where he led sales teams and managed client portfolios.

He holds degrees in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence programs (Metropolitan University CENDECO) and Marketing (UCAB CIAP).
