With 25 years of experience in construction, Juanjo has collaborated on projects of medium and large scale in Madrid and throughout Spain. Accustomed to working with major construction companies, Juanjo has led surveying, contracting, safety coordination, and project management in a multitude of construction projects: traditional homes, Coliving spaces, offices, hotels, industrial facilities, residences, as well as television and film sets.

Juanjo is currently leading the construction of some of Madrid’s first senior living facilities.
