Vernon is Host & Property Manager at Trees Coliving, within the company’s Commercial Department. His responsibilities include creating and tracking KPIs to optimize commercial management, overseeing the entire sales process — from lead generation and organizing visits to follow-up on opportunities and contract closing — and managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service throughout the duration of each contract.

Previously, he worked as a Real Estate Associate at Soluciones Inmobiliarias (Panama), where he managed relationships with property owners and tenants in leasing and sales processes. He also gained experience in the construction materials sector at Hormigón S.A., performing quality control tests on concrete mixes according to ASTM standards, supporting the implementation of operational processes, and monitoring material inventories.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technological University of Panama and a Master’s in Project Management from EAE Business School. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
