Mar Barbero Lázaro is the Host & Property Manager at Harmonices, the Senior Living operator of the Alfareal group.

Mar leads the Harmonices Villa in Mirasierra, which has two buildings with collaborative housing authorized by the Community of Madrid for elderly people. The common goal is to age with autonomy and dignity in a community setting, where, while preserving their privacy and personal life projects, the members support and care for each other.

Mar has over 20 years of experience in Management and Direction of Social Services and Centers, where she has managed and created State Foundations and residential centers. She has received multiple awards for her work, including the Queen Letizia Award from the Royal Board on Disability.

Mar is a lawyer with an MBA and an Executive Development Program from the IESE Business School. She has completed the Innovation and Leadership Program at ESADE Business School and the Master’s in Foundation Management from the CEU University Studies Center. She also holds specialized training in Patient Associations from DEUSTO and is certified in the Management of Social Centers for the Community of Madrid by IMAFE.
