Alejandra is Commercial Director at Harmonices, where she leads the commercial strategy and business development in the Senior Living segment. She is responsible for client acquisition and qualification, lead management, and coordinating marketing initiatives to maximize the closing rate, always with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

At the Harmonices Villa in Mirasierra, she oversees relationships with key suppliers, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. She also analyzes trends and conducts market studies to adapt the value proposition to new demands, with a firm emphasis on negotiation, results, and excellence in the residents’ experience.

Before joining Harmonices, she built her career in the real estate and commercial sector at companies such as ARGIS Living, Engel & Völkers, and AEDAS Homes, in addition to a period as B2B KAM Director in Venezuela and Panama. She holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB).
