What do we use personal data for?
The main purpose for which we process personal data is to provide our services, without prejudice to its use for the following:
- To prepare service proposals;
- To verify documentary background and/or potential conflicts of interest;
- Keeping our clients and potential clients informed about legal developments and/or our services, by sending alerts, newsletters, invitations to events or similar communications;
- Comply with our legal obligations, such as those relating to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; improve our services and implement measures for the satisfaction of our clients; manage our communication policy and relationship with the media;
- Verify compliance with our own compliance policies.
We also process the data we receive from candidates in current or future selection processes in order to manage such talent recruitment processes.
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
We process personal data provided that at least one of the following conditions is met:
- That you have given us your consent, for one or more specific purposes, such as in the case of newsletter subscriptions or legal updates.
- Where it is necessary for us to provide our professional services.
- When it is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligations.
- Additionally, for our legitimate interest in spreading our brand and promoting our firm and services through marketing actions, provided that such interest does not override your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms that require the protection of your personal data.
To which possible recipients may we disclose personal data?
We may share the personal data we process:
- With the companies that are part of the ALFAREAL group at any given time.

How long do we keep the data?
We keep personal data for as long as we consider necessary in each case to be able to justify and/or account for our management, which may be subject to legal limitation periods, or the possibility of receiving requests from competent authorities.

In order to ensure the security of documentation and communications, we apply technical and organizational measures to guarantee the appropriate level of security in accordance with the applicable regulations.
What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?
You can request access to your personal data, its rectification or deletion, portability, or the limitation of its processing, or you can object to the processing, by contacting ALFAREAL (using the contact details we have provided at the beginning of this Privacy Policy).
As for treatments based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
