In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, ‘LSSI’), we inform you that the page https://alfarealgroup.com/ (hereinafter, the ‘Website’ or the ‘Portal’) is operated by ALFAREAL TECHNOLOGY & INVESTMENTS, S.L.U. (hereinafter ‘ALFAREAL’), being its Tax Identification Number B-02785491. It is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 40.794, Folio 159, Page M-723738, Inscription 1, dated 20 November 2021 with address at Calle General Pardiñas 116, 28006 Madrid, Spain.

This Legal Notice (hereinafter ‘Legal Notice’) establishes the conditions governing the use of the services of the information that ALFAREAL makes available to users through the Website. Aspects relating to the processing of personal data of users in connection with the use of the Website are regulated in the Privacy Policy.

Thus, access to and use of the Website implies that the user of the Website (hereinafter, the ‘User’) accepts in full and undertakes to comply fully with this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, as well as the instructions or recommendations indicated in each specific case.
