About the Technical Architect/Surveyor job:
Main functions:
* Preparation of budgets and proposals for construction work.
* Directing the execution of the construction work.
* Control on site as a Facultative Director that the project is carried out as planned.
* Control and compliance with safety and health criteria.
* Control of material and finish quality.
* Verification of changes.
* Monitoring of costs and deviations from the projects.
* Planimetry for construction proposals.
Main requirements:
* Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or similar.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a surveyor in new construction, residential rehabilitation or similar.
* Negotiation skills, organized person.
* Good handling of AutoCad, Presto and Office.
