Ignacio de la Infiesta Quesada leads Investor Relations and Communications at Alfareal, nurturing the firm’s existing network and developing new relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and strategic partners.

He brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, investor-facing roles, and operations, with a strong track record working closely with a wide range of investors across the real estate and built environment sectors. His background combines strategic insight with hands-on execution in complex, value-driven projects.

Before joining Alfareal, Ignacio held senior commercial and business development roles at IWG plc—the global leader in flexible workspace with over 4,500 locations worldwide—where he was involved in sourcing assets, building long-term relationships with owners and investors, and negotiating partnership and management agreements. He also served as Business Development Director in Mexico for Aldesa, a leading Spanish construction company, and has held leadership positions in sales and advisory roles across real estate and high-growth companies in Spain, Mexico and emerging markets.

Ignacio holds a Master’s in Internet Business from ISDI, a Master’s in International Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a degree in Business Administration completed between Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and the University of Oulu, Finland.

At Alfareal, he focuses on building trusted, transparent relationships with the firm’s investor base and supporting growth across its integrated investment, development, and operational platform.
