
Alejandro López Ruiz is an architect at Alfareal, where he is involved in the design, site management, and transformation of real estate projects in the fields of Coliving, Senior Living, and urban regeneration.
He contributes to the architectural conception of new developments, coordination with engineering firms, preliminary and topographic studies, as well as the supervision of interventions in residential and mixed-use assets. His work focuses on delivering creative and functional solutions that enhance property value and improve the end-user experience, combining technical rigor with aesthetic sensitivity.
Before joining Alfareal, he worked at Dobleldesign, where he specialized in interior design and residential renovation projects in Madrid, with particular attention to detail and the integration of architecture into its surroundings.
Alejandro holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
