
Michelle Ordoñez is an Architect and Project Manager at Alfareal, where she leads the Design Department and the transformation of spaces through Coliving, Flex Living, Senior Living, and urban regeneration projects. Her work combines design, functionality, and strategy with the goal of creating sustainable value for real estate assets and improving the way people experience city living.
With over eight years of experience in architecture and interior design, Michelle has managed the renovation of more than 100 residential and commercial spaces of different scales. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with both local studios and international companies, always focused on creating innovative environments centered on people’s experiences.
Before joining Alfareal, she worked as a Project Coordinator at Leroy Merlin and took part in design and management initiatives in architecture and interior design studios, which allowed her to consolidate an integral vision that bridges creativity, project management, and strategic execution.
Michelle holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad de Las Américas (Ecuador) and a Master’s in Architecture with a specialization in Project Management and Administration from Universidad Europea de Madrid. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Design at LABASAD – Barcelona School of Arts & Design, further strengthening her ability to develop projects with a creative and high-quality approach, integrating strategic vision with excellence in contemporary design.
